These terms apply to all lessons and services of LearnSpanishDenia, located at Carrer Abu-Zeyan 9, 03700 Dénia (Alicante, Spain). (Legal company registration details to follow.)
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every sign-up, trial lesson, and lesson agreement. By signing up, you agree to these terms.
3. Sign-up and trial lesson
You can request a free, no-obligation trial lesson via the contact form, WhatsApp, or phone. A lesson agreement is formed once confirmed by LearnSpanishDenia.
4. Lessons
- A lesson lasts 60 minutes by default.
- We offer private lessons, group lessons, and online lessons.
- Group and private lessons take place at our location in Dénia; online lessons via video call.
5. Rates and payment
Current rates are published on our Prices page and confirmed with you before your first lesson.
6. Cancelling and rescheduling
Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be counted as a lesson given. For group lessons, absent students receive a summary.
7. Liability
LearnSpanishDenia strives to provide high-quality lessons but cannot guarantee a specific learning outcome. Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant lesson(s), to the extent permitted by law.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data.
9. Applicable law
Spanish law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Alicante, Spain.
