Hola, I’m Daniël, a Spanish teacher through and through, living in beautiful Dénia. In September 2025 I decided to follow my dream: helping people learn Spanish in a way that actually works — not through endless grammar, but by speaking, practising and building confidence.
Together with my partner Diana and my father Arthur, we’ve now guided more than 450 students. That experience led to my own teaching method and course book, designed to get you speaking Spanish in everyday life as quickly as possible.

Hola, I’m Diana, from Colombia and a Spanish teacher. I help students not just understand Spanish, but especially learn to speak it more fluently. Colombian Spanish is often seen as calm, clear, and pleasant to listen to.
My lessons are entirely in Spanish, precisely to help you get used to real conversations. That way you make the transition, step by step, from learning to actually daring to speak. With interactive exercises and plenty of personal guidance, we build your confidence together. My goal is to make your Spanish a lot more fluent, natural, and confident.

Teaching is still something I enjoy every single day. I believe you learn a language best when you feel at ease and dare to talk. That’s why my lessons aren’t just educational, but also relaxed, active, and full of laughter. With interactive exercises and a relaxed atmosphere, I’ll help you move forward step by step.
My goal is for you to enjoy learning and grow more confident in your Spanish along the way.

Private Lessons — Fast and Personal
During our private lessons, we first take a good look at how you learn, what your level is, and where you’re struggling. Based on that, we create a personal plan to help you speak more fluent Spanish, step by step.
Lessons last 60 minutes and can be fully tailored to you. You can take lessons on your own, or together with your partner, a friend, family member, or a small group.
This way you learn in a comfortable setting, with personal attention and exercises that match your pace and goals.
Group Lessons — Learn to Speak Together
Want to make real progress with your Spanish in a short time? Our group lessons are a great and effective way to learn.
You get 2 sessions of 1.5 hours per week in a small group of maximum 6 people. That means personal attention plus plenty of practice with others.
The course runs for 8 weeks, and in that time we can complete a full level together. The lessons are active, practical, and focused on speaking — perfect if you want more confidence and finally dare to use Spanish in everyday life.
Online Lessons — Learn from Wherever You Want
Want personal guidance but prefer to take lessons from home? Our online lessons work just like private lessons: personal, practical, and tailored to your level. We build a plan to help you speak more fluent Spanish, step by step.
Lessons last 60 minutes and all materials are available digitally. The teacher uses a tablet as a whiteboard, so everything is explained clearly and visually — making the lesson feel interactive and personal, almost as if you’re in the same room together.

How do the Spanish lessons work?
Most students take lessons twice a week, an hour each time. That gives you 4 learning moments a week: 2 lessons and 2 homework sessions. It’s easy to keep up with, and you’ll see yourself making quick progress.
Most students take 4 to 8 months before they can hold a conversation. Some go a little faster than others, but everyone learns at their own pace in the end. And here in Spain, there’s no need to rush — nobody’s in a hurry.
Course Materials
Course book €35 (one-time). All other materials are included in the lesson price and available both physically and digitally.
Flexible Scheduling
Plenty of flexibility with private lessons: you can reschedule up to 24 hours before the lesson, or roll it over to the next month (if possible).

Who are the lessons for?
For anyone who wants to learn Spanish, from complete beginner (A1) to advanced (B2). Not sure what your level is? Take the free level test<\/a>, and you’ll know right away where you stand.<\/p>
How long are the lessons?
Private lessons are 60 minutes by default; 90 minutes is also possible. Group lessons last 1.5 hours (90 minutes).
How long does it take to learn Spanish?
It varies per person, but most students take between 4 and 8 months. Beginners always start with 2 lessons a week, which also means 2 homework sessions — easy to keep up with and it leads to quick progress. Everyone learns at their own pace in the end.
Will I get homework?
Yes. Homework is important to really learn and understand a language. Our students have 2 lessons a week and 2 homework sessions — enough to make quick progress and see results.
How many people are in a group?
We work with small groups of maximum 6 people. A new group starts once there are at least 4 sign-ups.
What do the lessons cost?
Private and online lessons start from €30 per hour (depending on the teacher and whether you choose 1-on-1, duo, or trio). Group lessons currently cost €449 per person (launch price, valid until 31 October 2026). The course book is a one-time €35. See all rates under Prices.
Where are the lessons held?
In person at our teaching space at Calle Carlos Sentí 37, 1º, puerta 4 in Dénia, or online via Zoom. We don’t teach at students’ homes.
Where can I park?
Free parking is about a 5-minute walk from our teaching space. Cross the train tracks — on the other side you’ll find a large free car park, and there’s often room to park along the road there too.
When can I take lessons?
We teach Monday to Friday, across three time slots: morning (9:30-13:00), afternoon (15:00-19:00), and evening (19:00-21:00). We take weekends off.
How do I schedule my lessons?
For private lessons, you start with a free, no-obligation 15-minute intake. Together we’ll look at your level and goals and put together a lesson plan that fits your pace and availability. Sign up for a free intake. For group lessons, sign up directly via the sign-up form.
Can I take lessons online?
Yes. Private lessons can be taken in person in Dénia or online via Google Meet — whichever you prefer.
What language are the lessons taught in?
With Daniël and Arthur, lessons are taught in English and Spanish. With Diana, lessons are entirely in Spanish — great if you want extra immersion.
