- Contact details you provide via the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Course administration once you become a student: information needed to schedule and invoice lessons.
- Technical data when using the website, only to the extent you have given consent (see our cookie policy).

4. Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Administrative and tax data are kept for the legally required period as required under Spanish law.
5. Sharing with third parties (processors)
We never sell your data. We only use service providers necessary to run the website and our services:
- Hosting provider our hosting provider — website storage.
- Google Maps — showing the route map.
- Tutorbase — lesson administration and lead management.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms also apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, and the right to object or withdraw consent. Email info@learnspanishdenia.com to exercise these rights.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
